Today, we shipped the 3 point paddle handle lock ZT405 and the matching S6253 door catches purchased by an American customer.

The raw material of our paddle handle lock ZT405 is steel. A customer from New Zealand found us and wanted a stainless steel ZT405, but as far as we know, there is no stainless steel ZT405 lock on the market.

Our factory specializes in outdoor car locks. According to the special requirements of customers, we can provide customers with high-standard products. We can do two surface treatment processes for the paddle handle lock. We can first do a galvanized surface treatment for the lock, so that the product can pass the 48-hour salt spray test, and then spray the product with outdoor black paint, so that the product can pass the 96-hour corrosion resistance test. Our ZT405 lock can fully meet the requirements of the outdoor environment, anti-rust and corrosion resistance.

We will also equip the ZT405 lock with a waterproof silicone gasket. Our silicone gasket is molded in one piece, which can fit the lock perfectly and has good sealing, so the waterproof effect is very good.
