Do you remember the American customer mentioned in the previous blog? He ordered ZT100 rotary latches with special request including thread and stages,left and right side.

As I mentioned that the customer confirmed the payment for the ZT100 Concealed Panel Latches but it has not been received yet and  I attempted to reach out to the customer using various methods but received no response.

Yesterday, after discussing with colleagues, I tried to modify the Alibaba order of ZT100 rotary latch again to see if my customer would confirm once more. This time, he finally replied and completed the payment, and the delivery was made within the agreed-upon deadline.

It was truly a close call, but also a learning experience, wasn’t it?
